Appointment With Poseidon...

With all this crazy weather we're having at the moment I was itching to get out & have a play :)

I arranged to meet Elan at Jacksons Bay for the short paddle out to Nells Point to play in the tide race there. The forecast was for F5-7 occasionally F8 with a rough sea state, in reality with our Eastern position on the Severn Sea it was more like F4-5 & gusting to F8 with a moderate sea state, playfull enough though :)

Had a lot of fun!

Soul Surfing...

I thought it about time I did some more sea kayak surfing at Aberavon. The waves were smaller than forecast but still proved to be a lot of fun! Paddling with me was Gareth Jenkins & Jules Carter...
