With Low water at midday today it was time to head to Cardiff Bay for some more skills practice for Laura & Peter & for Stuart another chance to mess about & get his paddles wet.
Shooting gaps was good for stern rudder practice though I was too slow to get the shot of Peter stern ruddering..
Laura practicing a stern rudder, spot the deliberate mistake (LOL). I did put her on the spot, as she approached I shouted 'quick, stern rudder for the camera'.
Inside turn, maybe lift the knee more.

We were evan treated to some sunshine on the way back & Laura pulled off a flawless roll despite the cold water. not a bad day out at all :D
